Christine Smith is a Danish upholsterer and artisan based in Rørvig. She is the creator of the Mosaik series of unique furniture.

Not just the exterior — but the interior, as well.

Mosaic is made from old, used furniture. Worn after many years of use. Often it needs to be renovated from the inside out: replacing old webbing; building a new seat; remaking the upholstery on the arms and back; re-gluing the frame and so much more. It isn’t just the fabric that defines a Mosaic chair. It’s the entire chair, inside and out.
